Shopify to Pipedrive CRM
This Privacy Policy explains how the Pipedrive connector Shopify app handles data while connecting Shopify and Pipedrive.

Privacy
Shopify and Pipedrive remain the systems of record. The app stores only the operational data needed to run the integration.
We store the information needed to operate the integration, including Shopify session records, Pipedrive connection credentials, temporary authorization state, and customer sync mapping data such as Shopify customer ID, Pipedrive person ID, customer email, sync status, and timestamps.
When the Pipedrive customer panel is opened, the app can fetch linked Shopify customer details such as contact information, marketing consent, tax status, Shopify customer tags, notes, and order summary. This information is used to show context in Pipedrive and is not stored as a full Shopify customer profile or order history in our database.
The app sends the synced customer fields needed to create, update, or delete Pipedrive people: display name, email address, and phone number. Shopify remains the source of truth for Shopify customer data, and Pipedrive remains the system where synced people are managed after they are created.
We do not store full Shopify customer profiles, detailed Shopify order history, or Shopify order records. Order review is handled by linking users back to the Shopify Admin customer page.
We keep app data while the integration is installed and connected. Disconnecting or uninstalling the integration removes app-managed credentials and sync metadata where the existing cleanup flows apply. Pipedrive may retain deleted people according to Pipedrive's own retention behavior.
