Shopify to Pipedrive CRM
These Terms govern use of the Pipedrive connector Shopify app and the hosted pages that support its installation and commercial presentation.

By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The app is provided to connect Shopify and Pipedrive so selected customer contact fields can be synchronized for business use and additional Shopify customer context can be viewed from Pipedrive. You agree to use the app only with accounts and data you are authorized to manage.
The app depends on Shopify and Pipedrive platform access. Availability, API limits, or platform policy changes on either side may affect app behavior, sync timing, or feature availability.
The app processes customer data required to sync selected contact fields from Shopify to Pipedrive and to show Shopify customer context in the Pipedrive panel. On our side, we only persist the minimum sync metadata needed to operate the integration, such as Shopify session records, Pipedrive connection records, and customer link metadata like Shopify customer ID, Pipedrive person ID, and customer email. You remain responsible for your legal basis, notices, permissions, and internal handling of data stored in Shopify, Pipedrive, or exported business systems.
Features may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued as the integration evolves. Material commercial or operational changes should be reflected in the app listing, product communication, or updated legal text.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss is excluded. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, misuse, or platform-policy conflicts.
